Collins graduated from UC San Diego with a double major in Mathematics/Economics and Business Psychology, plus a minor in Innovation and Entrepreneurship. His leadership roles—including Team Lead for the Blackstone LaunchPad Program and Venture Fellow at the Rady School of Management—developed his strong analytical and business skills. He also has a passion for teaching, coaching, and mentoring students.

Collins first connected with Radicle Science through a mentorship project during college, inspired by the company’s mission of transparency and consumer education. After interning as a Sales and Marketing Analyst, he transitioned to a full-time role, where his business insight and collaborative approach support Radicle’s growth.In his free time, Collins enjoys playing the ukulele, piano, and electric bass, as well as coaching high school basketball to help students build teamwork and leadership skills.
