Professionally, Jerson is passionate about continuous learning. He enjoys reading and understanding how things work, believing that continuous learning is the key to success. Outside of work, Jerson has two main hobbies: soccer and aviation. He is passionate about soccer, enjoying both playing and watching matches, as well as keeping up with soccer news. Additionally, he loves spending time on his flight simulator, which allows him to virtually travel around the world. He is also building his own simulator at home, reflecting his deep interest in aircraft.
