Minh is passionate about advancing ethical, participant-centered research that creates meaningful impact beyond the scientific community. He joined Radicle Science because of its mission to challenge the status quo and make rigorous science more accessible, believing that the true value of research is measured by its ability to improve the lives of the people and communities it serves.

With a background spanning clinical care, behavioral science, and quantitative research, Minh brings a multidisciplinary perspective to his work. Before transitioning into biostatistics, he supported individuals with severe mental illness in inpatient psychiatric care and conducted higher education research focused on student outcomes. He holds a Master of Science in Experimental Psychology from Nova Southeastern University and is currently pursuing a Ph.D. in Health Science with a concentration in quantitative methods and applied research.

Outside of work, Minh is a proud cat dad who enjoys video games that make him question the meaning of life—usually a sign that it's time to start planning his next vacation.
