With nearly 30 years in the wellness industry, she has spent her career translating science into meaningful products and building long-term partnerships rooted in trust. Radicle’s ability to make high-quality clinical research faster, more inclusive, and more scalable immediately resonated with her. She is energized by the opportunity to help brands deliver better, evidence-backed products - and to help consumers feel confident in what they choose.

Outside of work, Shannon loves to travel and explore new places, especially with her family. A lifelong animal lover with a special soft spot for dogs, she supports causes such as Purina’s Purple Leash Project and Pets for Vets. She has been a vegetarian for over 40 years and loves to cook, often finding inspiration in shows like MasterChef, Hell’s Kitchen, and The Great British Baking Show. When she’s not in the kitchen, she’s usually reading - always curious and always learning.
